since the early 1970’s. When Mr. Zimmermann was first introduced to model
helicopters, He realized very quickly the needs of the helicopter

High tech machinery was constantly upgraded to consistently produce
quantities of our products, without suffering quality due to the aid of
CNC pipe bending machines, CNC laser cutting machines, CNC robots, etc..
Parts such as flanges, and bracket plates are very precise when fabricated
from the CNC laser cutting machinery.
Additionally all parts are laser welded, or hard-soldered with high
quality silver brazing, then coated or polished with a high heat proofing
material, then they are run through quality inspection, before being
released to final inventory.
Modeling organizations globally are becoming more stringent in regards to
noise pollution, the average requirement is approximately 94 db.
